Launch of english and german versions

Today, after long translation period, we have been finally able to start two language versions of our website - english and german.

Due to serious time requirements caused by translations and their corrections, quite large amount of content is still not translated - we apologize for that - they will be uploaded continuously.

We believe, that our foreign fans will welcome this news because we think that fencing knows no borders!
